That must have been one awesome movie. What movie are you talking about (just for the sake of us NRIs)? I was reading this aloud to Anu and Aadit overheard it. After explaining to him what I was reading, he asked "Is Sudhesh very silly?"
this is the movie the delhi 6 the starring abhishek the bachhan the very the stupid the movie or maybe i am jealous it was not called delhi 5 (the pin code for karol bagh)
the film is about an NRI who brings back his grandmother back to her home in chandni chowk because she is dying. While staying with her he falls in love, explores the hindu muslim culture of old delhi - crap like that.
he is finally convinced that the "monkey man" who was terrorizing people was an external representation of the evil in us. it that kind of a film.
of course he almost dies and goes to heaven and shares jalebi with his grandfather - amitabh in a guest appearance, naturally.
the list is endless. lets just agree that it was a stupid film.
