Indira Gandhi once defended corruption at home by saying that it was a global phenomenon. This guy seems to have taken the observation to heart. Now Indian corruption is soon becoming a global phenomenon. What is it about us Indians that we are able to find ways of making money in all kinds of illegal ways wherever we go? Can we request for a separate quota for specialist in corruption under H1B as long the remittances stay in a dollar account?
